Caught in the haze of newlywed bliss, Andrele left the Florida warmth and sunshine and followed her husband to Michigan. There she began pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in labor in employment law and working as Court Attorney with the Wayne County Probate court. Similar to her position in Florida, Andrele drafted opinions and memoranda for the probate court judges. She quickly learned the ins-and-outs of Michigan wills, trust, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Andrele is licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan and has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Labor and Employment Law. She also has over eight years of experience working in the judiciary. She has excellent writing and communication skills and an ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. She also taught Legal Research and Writing in the Paralegal Studies Program at Henry Ford College. Ultimately, she recently completed her studies and obtained an LL.M. degree.

All of these experiences have enhanced Andrele’s legal research and writing skills, her ability to interpret statutes and procedural and evidentiary rules, and her analytical prowess. They have also helped her hone her ability to present complex legal analysis and findings in an easy to understand yet persuasive manner. Andrele is married to an amazing man—he has to be, he got her to leave Florida and move to the Michigan tundra—and is mother to a phenomenal young lady. In her spare time she loves to paint, cook, and sing. When her schedule allows, she loves to travel and explore the world.
